After being abandoned on the side of the road, possibly hit, and left for dead, this pup finally saw hope. With a big team and much effort, the desperate pup is finally given the chance of a future.
The Heartbreaking Start Of A Great Rescue
Called in by a close-by neighbor, Audray and her team went on a hunt for a pit bull pup. The woman showed Audray and her team some pictures of the abandoned dog. Not necessarily a stray, it was suspected that this innocent little pup was abandoned next to the freeway and possibly hit by a car. The neighbor offered to help, sweetly leaving toys and blankets in the crate left out for the pup. The little pup was finally caught three weeks later and her rescue was in full swing.
Rescue And Recovery
With the promise of finding her a forever home, the little pittie was taken into the shelter. Later named Daisy, the pup soon showed a new side of herself. Daisy was always playing around, jumping with joy, she was such a loving and sweet dog. At first, she was terrified of people but within a few days, the patience and love proved effective. Little Daisy was a big cuddler, always enjoying her times of attention, and showing her appreciation and gratefulness to her rescues.
The New Embrace Of Friendship
While she awaited her forever home, Daisy learned of a new love. Not only the love of a caring human but also the love of a friend. Within the shelter, Daisy made a new friend. This friendship was a huge help in bringing her out of her shell. She grew and transformed into an incredibly delightful dog, and soon moved into her forever home.
From Freeway To Family
It didn’t take long for Daisy to find a foster home, which she quickly settled into. She had no issues making friends and soon, with the help of her kind and loving foster parents, she was reintroduced to the correct meaning of ‘the life of a dog’. With everything on her side, she soon found her forever home. Once abandoned and desperate for love, Daisy was now a loving, excitable, and friendly companion, finally having the life she was meant to live.
