Abandoned Starving Puppy Left Helpless After Being Taken From Her Mother

Panda, a fragile two-month-old Africanis mix, was born into a world that was supposed to offer her warmth and protection, but instead, she was met with heartbreak and suffering. In the small town of De Doorns, South Africa, Panda and her siblings were cruelly separated from their mother far too soon.
