Crocodiles have a rugged exterior that is tough and scaly. They have a long, V-shaped snout filled with sharp teeth. Their eyes and nostrils are on the top of their heads, allowing them to see and breathe while mostly submerged. Crocodiles are excellent swimmers who can breathe underwater for up to an hour.

Videos circulating online, such as the one mentioned, often show surprising moments from the animal kingdom. A crocodile mistaking a companion’s arm for food can be shocking.

However, this results from crocodile’s limited visibility and natural predatory instincts. They don’t recognize friendship in the same way humans do. Their reactions are based on instinct and survival. Such incidents remind us of the raw nature of wildlife and the importance of respecting these powerful creatures from a safe distance.
