A kindhearted Florida cop saved a helpless baby kitten stranded in the middle of a busy highway. This poor black kitten was terrified, tiny, and all alone before her brave hero came along!
The Rescue
Officer Stanfield noticed the helpless kitten lying in the middle of the road while on patrol on Highway 441. Just imagine how scared this poor baby was! With the help of a truck driver who pulled to a stop next to the kitten to block cars from trampling it, the officer could save her from the busy road.

This kitten was incredibly lucky these two kind men came to her rescue! Cars were whizzing past mere feet from where she was lying down scaring her into the shakes! Luckily with the help of the truck blocking the road, the officer could gently pick her up and bring her to safety.

Officer Stanfield gently carried the kitten to his patrol vehicle and held her safely in his hand the whole drive. To this day, no one knows how this poor baby got in the middle of the busy highway. But we are so happy that these kind men took the time to save her.
