Arturo Flores and Lou Dora were out on their usual rounds, feeding a local cat colony, when they noticed her. At first, she was hidden, blending into the shadows of the sparse greenery. But then, this gentle dog peeked out, scared but hopeful. The men working at a nearby tire shop revealed the devastating truth—she had been dumped there by a car.
