Sisters For Life
Zoë’s human parents were on their way to adopt her sister, Izzy, when she – and her massive heart – charmed them so much that they took both the sisters home. Meaning that the two tuxedo British Shorthair mix sisters could stay together for the rest of their lives!
Queen Of Hearts
As the two kittens grew up, so did Zoë’s fur and heart shape on her chest. This earned her the nicknames ‘The Fluff’ and ‘Queen of Hearts’. Which is perfectly suitable for this real-life Care Bear.
Loving Personalities
Although both sisters were extremely affectionate to each other and their human parents, their personalities differed wildly! Izzy is adventurous, fearless, and has an incredibly expressive face, while Zoë was more cautious, yet super curious.
A Sad Goodbye
Unfortunately, Zoë passed away in 2022 leaving her human mom and sister heartbroken. Zoë had severe anemia, which peaked in April 2022. She spent her final days in the emergency department at the vet. Her loving and joyful presence is not an easy gap to fill.
Her Big-Hearted Memory Kept Alive
Izzy and Zoë have an Instagram account with over 300k followers, where their mama still shares photos and memories of the loving Zoë. And of course Izzy, with her expressive face is loved by many! I urge you to have a look at the account to put a smile on your face today.

Not only is it clear that Zoë had a big heart in the figurative sense, but quite literally wore it on her chest! We are so happy that she could spend her years in a loving home with her sister and that her memory is still alive.
