The friendly cat, Manx, was transferred to APA from a local shelter. The senior manager of the cat program at APA and a foster mom noticed his need for companionship. She however did not expect his companion to be a pregnant Chihuahua named Chloe.

Manx fell in love from the moment he met Chloe. Within 27 minutes, their friendship had formed. The two best friends now spend their days cuddling and grooming each other. They even share their treats.
