The bald eagle in need of rescuing reminds us that even the strongest ones of us need a little bit of help from time to time.
Recognizing the gravity of the situation and moved by the bird’s plight, the kayaker makes the compassionate decision to step in and to save the bald eagle.
Chosen in 1782 as the national symbol, the bald eagle represents freedom, strength, and the undaunted spirit of a nation.
The act of rescuing the eagle is not just about saving a bird; it’s symbolic of hope, compassion, and the interconnectedness of all living beings.
Above all, we’re reminded that every life is precious, and even in our busy lives, we can make a difference.
Slowly approach the bird to prevent causing additional stress or injury.
Gently drape a light cloth over the bird to calm it. This reduces its visual stimuli and makes it easier to handle.
Do not attempt to feed or give water to the bird. Incorrect food or water can cause harm.
