The best places to see Kangaroos in the wild

This island is potentially the  headquarters of kangaroos. Also, it is the third largest island in Australia. It is situated in South Australia. The island offers farming and jaw dropping coastal views.

1. Kangaroo Island

Situated in New South Wales, about 200km south of Sydney, here, you can look through the grassy areas to find a kangaroo. Another cool place within this park to see kangaroos is the Duras North, where kangaroos love to roam, hop, and graze freely.

2. MURRAMARANG NATIONAL PARK 

iThis beach is located in the Cape Le Grand National Park in Southern Australia. Mostly, you can see western gray kangaroos lazing on the beach’s white sand. Other than roos, tourists can also spot giant whales from their coastal walks.

3. LUCKY BAY 

Situated in the Australian Capital Territory, there are around 30'000 kangaroos. The city is known as Bush Capital due to its vast range of urban areas. Here, the Eastern Gray Kangaroos are the most common species.

4. CANBERRA 

The Great Green Ocean Road is a must-visit place for nature lovers. Also another specification of this place is the abundance of Eastern gray kangaroos that you can easily see hopping on the roads.

5. GREAT OCEAN ROAD 

Narawntapu National Park is another great place to get interacted with kangaroos. It’s a national park in Tasmania situated on its north coast. This region’s wildlife services are also called “Serengeti of Tasmania” as the place is home to prolific wildlife.
