Tiger vs. Jaguar

A symbol of strength, power, and ferocity, tigers are the largest species of cats on Earth. They weigh anywhere from 300 to 600 pounds and have razor-sharp teeth, and claws to pierce through flesh effortlessly.

They are the third largest of all big cats, after tigers and lions, and can sometimes weigh up to 250 lbs.

In addition to being mighty hunters and intimidating opponents with their sheer size alone, tigers have exhibited patience when stalking their prey or waiting for an opportune moment to strike.

Jaguars tend to lead solitary lives outside the breeding season when  females come together for mating purposes before returning to solitary  life afterward.
