Stray German Shepard Cries Continuously Until Rescuers Arrive

This stray pup was heard continuously letting out a heartbreaking cry. The scared little German shepherd coward away from his rescuers. Her cries are heard, resulting in a heartwarming rescue story and the transformation of this loving German shepherd.

Hiding and Full Of Fear

After a woman heard the cries of a stray German shepherd her heart shattered. This dog had been crying nonstop for days, calling for help. She tried to get near to her but the poor thing was terrified. She continued to hide behind walls, under cars, and anywhere else that she could fit. Her rescuer refused to give up as she tried to bribe the stray with food. Finally, she realized she needed to call for backup.

Capturing Hearts and Strays

With the help of Hope For Paws, they were able to coax the German shepherd out from her hiding space, eventually managing to secure her. With lots of encouragement, the rescuers got her into a cage, to be transported to the shelter. The scared little stray soon began to warm up to her rescuers, realizing that she was safe now. She finally had a good life waiting ahead.

Tender Love and Care

This gentle shepherd, later named Sassy Pants Dunbar, was taken back to the Hope For Paws center and given a nice wash. Looking all fluffy and new, she began to show her true colors. She was an incredibly sweet, gentle, and loving pup. Quickly learning to trust again, Sassy Pants Dunbar loved to get her strokes and cuddles in.

Unconditional Love and Friendship

Sassy Pants Dunbar had an irresistible nature. She was loving, gentle, and excited by her second chance at life. After she was all checked and cleaned up, her rescuers took her home, adopting her straight away. Becoming best friends with her new sibling and caring parents, Dunbar’s life had taken a bright turn. Her shining new future was full of love, family, and a whole lot more love. She quickly became her true doggy self, playful, excited, loving, and grateful. A wonderful happy ending for this, once terrified, stray.
