Even more tragic was how his cats were trapped inside. With no one to feed them, they had to rely on a leaking pipe for water. The house was in disarray, and the cats used the bathtub and floors as makeshift litter boxes. Tiffany Dodd, a popular and local rescuer in Manchester, received the call about the cats, and knew she had to act fast.
The Rescue Begins
