Imagine being on your morning hike in the mountains and stumbling across an abandoned box of puppies needing to be rescued. Seven hungry whining puppies to be exact. Luckily the pair of hikers were animal lovers!
Abandoned Pups
The hikers needed help, so they started phoning local rescue centers. Unfortunately, so many of them were already full. Eventually, they were taken to the Lake Lowell Animal Rescue where they could properly be taken care of.
Their Turn Of Events
These little ones, quickly started eating and growing strong. They became very playful with the staff and started to really show off their personalities.
The Benefits Of Fostering
These little guys were fortunate enough to go to lovely foster homes before they get adopted. If you are able, there are always dogs in need of a loving human while they wait to be adopted.
Found Just In Time
Seven puppies were found abandoned in a box on a remote mountain trail in Idaho. Emaciated and dehydrated, they were left to die. A miracle they survived.
Immediate Help Needed
Lake Lowell Animal Rescue were already overwhelmed with puppies when these seven arrived. They’re out of microchips and vaccines. Donations for these items are crucial. Please help support their puppies.
Donations Pouring In
Generous donations of puppy food and toys have started arriving. THey’re deeply grateful, often moved to tears. Your kindness is making a big difference. Thank you for your support.
Fosters Needed
Last-minute fosters were found for all but two puppies. If you can foster, message them. They tested negative for parvo but should be kept separate initially.

This group includes six females and one male. They worked on getting their photos on our website. Stay tuned and consider pre-adopting one of these adorable pups.
Puppy Yoga
Tickets for Sunday puppy yoga classes are still available. This fun event helps fund puppy care. At $30 per ticket, it’s a great way to support our mission.
