Some animals are more elusive depending on the season and location - like groundhogs who hibernate over frigid winter months. 

What is your favorite season to explore nature and check out the wildlife (answer in the poll above)? Let us know why by replying below. 

My favorite season to venture into nature is summer. The insects whir and birds dart around. It's often too hot for dangerous animals like snakes to leave their burrows, and there is often a stream to dip my toes in to cool down.
