Faust, a beloved German Shepherd, served in the BNSF Railway Police Force in Texas. For 8 years he served his community and country as an Explosive Detective and Patrol Dog alongside his handler, Senior Special Agent Bryan Schaffer.

To honor this K9 officer’s courageous contribution to keeping the community safe he received an emotional and well-deserved final radio call on the day of his retirement on 3 March 2017.

The Final Call

On his last day of work, riding with his beloved partner and handler for a final time. Faust was unaware of the beautiful tribute on its way to celebrate his remarkable service in the police force.
